So, Yuletide! I wrote an assignment, a pinch-hit, and two Madness drabbles. Which along with the final two chapters of my Eagle Cyborg AU Eagle Nine posted in January, and my Rarewomen story in April, constitute the entirety of my fannish output in 2013.

After two years in which I pretty much only wrote for the Porn Battle and for Yuletide, and therefore didn't bother doing a round-up post, I suddenly fell back into fandom! And wrote a whole bunch!

After three straight years in which most of my fannish output was in due South, this year was a marked change. I wrote more than I did last year, but my fannish involvement was still quite low compared to previous years.

I wasn't actually going to do this, but we are not leaving until tomorrow morning, and when I checked my fic tag thinking there would be only a single story, hey, I guess I wrote more than I remembered. This year was mostly eaten by finishing and posting Being Ray Kowalski, aka "the Rae story" (and by a long absence from the net during which I did virtually nothing fannish). It was also marked by my first baby steps into vidding. Like last year, most stories were written for challenges, and most stories were in due South.

This year marked an increase in multifannishness as I began writing in due South and its 6-degree fandoms. If you count drabbles and crossovers, I wrote in twelve different fandoms this year, an increase from last year's five, but clearly this was the year of due South and Wilby Wonderful.
